PRESS RELEASE (pdf) ~ Search for Excellence Competition ~
Entries for the Search for Excellence competition are now being accepted for the 2008 California Master Gardener Conference, to be held September 24 to 26, 2008 at Asilomar Conference Grounds in Pacific Grove. The conference theme is ‘Digging Deeper – Lessons in Sustainability.’ Master gardeners from around the state are invited to submit their educational and innovative county projects by the July 1, 2008 deadline. Cash prizes will be awarded to the three highest scoring entries among seven categories.
